Umm, it’s not about you.
It’s about your customers.

When you advertise, don’t advertise to yourself, you’re already sold.
You need to talk to your customers and potential customers.
This may seem obvious, but how many times have you heard
“with the best service from all our happy, friendly staff”?
This is a waste of space.
That level of service should be a given and not a selling point.
Your advertising needs to make an emotional connection with your potential customers so they feel motivated to use you.
Advertising is about relationships, so are you only having a relationship with yourself, or are you having a relationship with your customers?
